Dishwasher

The Dishwasher at Maine Beer Company is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for plates, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. using machine and manual cleaning methods.

What You Will Do

Scrape, rinse and load dishes into machine, wash all dishes, utensils, glassware and pans, clean, sanitize and maintain dish machine, change water of machines and sinks, empty trash containers, maintain a clean work area, perform daily closing tasks, perform additional cleaning tasks as requested, assist in bussing and sanitizing tables.
