Job Description

Performs janitorial and utility duties to ensure safety and cleanliness of assigned areas at Ambassador Hotel Wichita.

Requirements

Sweeps and mops floors.
Cleans walls and floor mats.
Removes refuse, cleans trash containers and maintains the loading dock area in an orderly fashion.
Maintains the walk-in refrigerators.
Maintains the cleanliness of the storage areas, tools, equipment, carts and other areas/items as directed.
Participates in dish area operations, as assigned.
Changes and disposes of grease.
Assists fellow associates as needed.
