Performs janitorial and utility duties to ensure safety and cleanliness of assigned areas at the Ambassador Hotel Wichita.

Requirements

Sweeps and mops floors
Cleans walls and floor mats
Removes refuse, cleans trash containers and maintains the loading dock area
Maintains walk-in refrigerators
Maintains cleanliness of storage areas, tools, equipment, carts and other areas/items
Participates in dish area operations
Changes and disposes of grease
Maintains safety and accident prevention
