Role OverviewThe Dispatch Specialist is responsible for receiving and responding to external and internal customer inquiries, issues and orders, and resolving service-related issues/problems. The role requires excellent communication, computer, telephone, and customer service skills. The Dispatch Specialist will work in a hybrid schedule, with 2 days a week onsite in Pittston, PA.
What You Will Do
Ensure that all communication with customers (internal/external) is courteous, cordial, business-like and timely. Efficiently cover phones for service calls as needed. Evaluate and monitor service tech schedules throughout the day to ensure effective completion of calls.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Customer Service experience preferred
