Dispatch Supervisor 3rd Shift

The Dispatch Supervisor 3rd Shift will oversee the daily operations of the logistics division, managing drivers, loads, and equipment. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, interacting with customers, and participating in discipline and payroll processes.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will dispatch loads, manage driver duties, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations. They will also be responsible for interacting with internal and external customers, participating in discipline and payroll processes, and managing the fleet in a financially efficient and safe manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years experience as a Dispatcher
• College and/or related technical experience (preferred)
• One year supervisory experience as a proven manager of at least five people (preferred)
• Four years’ experience in the Shipping and Warehousing environment or CDL Truck Driving Experience (preferred)
