Role OverviewThis position is responsible for coordinating the utilization of 100-120 drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.
What You Will Do
The dispatcher will assign drivers, draw up routes, handle pick-up and delivery schedules, schedule and coordinate deliveries, and communicate with other departments to assist in planning for optimum productivity.

Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of recent hands-on dispatching experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Intermediate to Advanced verbal communication skills in Spanish
- Ability to accurately process alpha/numeric information
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision, multitask, and function effectively under pressure and time constraints
