Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, customer-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Night Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will facilitate the communication of information between Vessel and Shoreside personnel and participate in safety and industry audits.

Requirements

  • Prior Customer Service experience is required.
  • Proficient computer and clerical skills.
  • High School diploma or successful completion of GED.
  • Good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with a high degree of organization.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
