Job Description
This Dispatch role requires a rotating schedule spanning 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with occasional holiday shifts. The role involves planning, communicating, and dispatching work orders, emergency line locates, and pipeline encroachment locates to the appropriate resources in a timely manner. The role requires strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in a customer service, customer call center, dispatch operations or closely related environment
  • Computer skills for data entry, reference and/or retrieval tasks
