Dispatcher/Customer Service

Requirements

• Coordinate product shipments inbound and outbound
• Prepare bill of lading documents for outgoing shipments
• Assist customers and provide product, availability and other info as needed
• Process and revise orders and samples
• Inventory Control
• Communicate with Customers, Vendors and other Glen-Gery Departments via email, CRM and phone
