Job Description
The Patient Transport Dispatcher role provides support services to the hospital, ensuring on-time deliveries to all locations within the hospital. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing products, materials, and medical equipment.

Requirements

  • Ability to Dispatch and Transport designated items.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to completing daily client requests.
  • Deliver and understand all service areas of the BCH Campus, and adjacent Hospital’s (Brigham and Women’s, Dana Farber, etc.).
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure that materials are identified as per the PO.
  • Discard products outside of expirations dates.
  • Report discrepancies in a timely manner to direct oversight.
