Job Description
As a Dispatcher at Menzies Aviation, you will be responsible for coordinating and disseminating information concerning flight activity, communicating with flight crews, pilots, passengers, and customers, and performing various administrative tasks. You will be a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at over 300 locations in 65 countries. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a strong commitment to safety, security, wellbeing, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 1+ years of experience as a dispatcher
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English
  • Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively
  • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have high school diploma, GED, or six months' experience as an Operations Agent
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Competent in handling difficult situations
