Role OverviewThe Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers, and ensures prompt, courteous, and efficient service for all customers.
What You Will Do
Dispatches drivers to calls, assigns routes and service, handles incoming calls and emails, initiates communication with customers, and updates route schedules.
