Role OverviewThe Dispatcher directs and monitors daily assignments, schedules drivers, and assigns vehicles to ensure daily coverage of all routes, field trips, and charter work. They communicate with drivers, recommend disciplinary action, and respond to emergency calls. The Dispatcher maintains route documentation, coordinates vehicle service, and handles customer concerns.
