Role OverviewAs a Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of the company, interacting with all functions to ensure calls are prioritized and the right technician is sent. You will provide updates on customers, service call requests, traffic, obstacles, and other requirements as necessary.
What You Will Do
Assign service calls to technicians, work closely with management, keep track of technicians' schedules, interact with technicians regularly, respond to special requests from customers, and follow up on all pending/recommended work.

Requirements
- Prior Dispatcher experience, preferably within the home-service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electric)
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- Ability to work 7 AM to 4PM Monday - Friday (both with an hour lunch break)
- Strong communication skills - written & verbal
- Able to multi-task, work independently, & strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with greater Peachtree City area
