Role OverviewThe Dispatcher works closely with the Production Coordinator and communicates directly with customers on the status of their service appointment. They are responsible for updating the job type, notes, description of work and correctly triaging jobs to set the technician up with the correct info prior to being dispatched to the job.
What You Will Do
Relay accurate information to technicians, update customers on the technician's progress, communicate with Production Coordinators, respond to customer requests, and record the results of each service call.
