Role OverviewThe Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and arranging the delivery of products to rigs in an efficient and timely manner. This position works 12-hour shifts on a 6 on / 3 off rotation.
What You Will Do
Determine appropriate routes and trucks to fulfill customer requirements and schedules AES drivers’ daily schedules. Continuously monitor personnel locations and utilization in order to coordinate services and schedules.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of prior work experience in a dispatch role with experience in a support role in warehouse operations (preferred)
- Bilingual language abilities (English/Spanish) (plus)
- Valid driver’s license and the maintenance of a driving record satisfactory to AES
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and fitness test
