Role OverviewThe Dispatcher will communicate with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route, handle incoming service orders, and resolve service issues. They will interact with customers, including customer service, sales, and operational staff.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling service and satisfying customer needs, dispatching calls to routes, performing driver check-ins, and ensuring coordination with other departments.

Requirements
- Completion of high school
- 1-2 years in a transportation, dispatch or customer service role
