Dispatcher

The Dispatcher reports to the Terminal Manager and is responsible for ensuring employees report to work as scheduled, managing driver schedules, and reporting safety concerns. The role involves heavy telephone volume, communication on two-way radio, and maintaining records of mileage and fuel consumption.

What You Will Do

The Dispatcher will assign substitute drivers, plan and schedule drivers for special transportation, and assist in developing routes and schedules. They will also review onboard video and GPS monitoring, and perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
