Job Description
The Parking Spot is a near-airport parking company that values its employee owners. Dispatchers are responsible for ensuring shuttles are dispatched in a timely manner to meet service levels between parking facilities and airports.

Requirements

  • Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner
  • Dispatch shuttles and maintain ample coverage at the parking facility and airport
  • Ensure targets are met through proper movement of shuttles
  • Maintain neat and clean work area
  • Cooperate with and communicate effectively to all team members
  • May cross-train for other frontline positions
  • Provide guests with accurate information
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management
