Schedule and dispatch drivers, monitor driver locations, and maintain continuous communication with drivers and internal teams.

Requirements
- Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, airport cargo, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple drivers, routes, and time-sensitive shipments simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate 16–26 ft. cargo vehicles
- Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload items weighing more than 50 pounds
