Job Description
Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation seeks a Dispensary Associate to assist with dispensary responsibilities, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to team environment and company advancement.

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • Ability to ensure all fulfillment activities align with HIPAA, local, and state cannabis regulations
  • High standards for order accuracy, compliance documentation, and inventory audits
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, track orders, and ensure accurate fulfillment
  • Experience with POS systems and digital inventory platforms
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs., and perform various physical movements
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members
  • Effective delegation, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Ability to troubleshoot supply chain or inventory issues
