Role OverviewReporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates understand that Retail is a billboard for the brand. They take pride in being a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador inside and outside the store to ensure the Company’s success within the recreational cannabis landscape.
What You Will Do
Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis. Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service.

Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Open availability (ability to work all hours required without restrictions)
