They are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented people who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base.
What You Will Do
As a Dispensary Sales Associate, you will advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis. You will also demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge, curate experiences that go beyond expectations, and create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships.

Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
