Role OverviewReporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates take pride in being a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador inside and outside the store to ensure the Company's success within the recreational cannabis landscape. They are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented people who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base.
What You Will Do
As a Dispensary Sales Associate, you will advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis. You will demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go beyond expectations. You will create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships and exceed their expectations by delivering exceptional service.

Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
