Job Description
The Retail Lead supports the daily operations of the dispensary by guiding team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance and organization throughout the sales floor.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or cannabis retail experience required
  • 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
  • Working knowledge of cannabis products, POS systems, and customer service best practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (3+ hours) and lift to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
