Role OverviewAs a Disruption Designer, you will guide government clients through our Design Intelligence framework, incorporating human-centered and design thinking methods to focus on people impacted by transformation and change. You will engage them to adapt to new ways of working while identifying and mitigating areas of resistance.
What You Will Do
You will participate in all aspects of discovery, conduct workshops and interviews, synthesize research and data, and develop communication plans to communicate insights and recommendations. You will also develop and deploy change management plans and key performance indicators for transformation and adoption.

Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
- 4+ years of experience in change management and well-versed in change management best practices and models
- Demonstrated experience in current state assessments, future state visioning, and communication planning
- Demonstrated experience conducting user and stakeholder interviews and synthesizing data and insights into personas, action, and training plans
- A natural curiosity for solving problems coupled with strong analytical skills
- A collaborative nature with excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in a project-based environment
- Degree, equivalent experience, and/or certification in change management
