Role OverviewThe Distribution Assets Coordinator will balance hands-on field work with strategic oversight to keep distribution assets safe, compliant, and well-managed. This role will guide workflows, support colleagues, and represent Minnesota Power's interests externally.
What You Will Do
Effectively allocate distribution asset inspection, audit, and resolution work, perform field work, and support others in their work progress.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Two years or more industry experience in utility business operations, electricity, engineering, line construction, line design, or GIS applications
- Associates degree with related coursework in electricity, engineering, line construction, line design, or GIS applications
- Four years or more industry experience in utility business operations, electricity, engineering, line construction, line design, or GIS applications
