Role OverviewThe Distribution Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing returned products. This includes verifying condition, updating system data, and ensuring all returned materials meet BD standards for safety, accuracy, documentation, and productivity.
What You Will Do
Receive, inspect, and sort returned products, identify damage or defects, accurately document return reason codes, process returns through RF technology and warehouse management systems, and perform packaging activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain an electric pallet jack certification
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
