Role OverviewThe Distribution Center Lead will assist operational activities within the distribution warehouse to achieve efficient fulfillment of customer orders while following company defined procedures. This role will help manage drivers and warehouse operatives, assure warehouse optimization standards are met, and perform daily vehicle inspections.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, unloading trucks, storing inventory, developing knowledge of vendor products, participating in daily cycle count process, and performing other duties as requested.

Requirements
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds
- Computers experience including Microsoft Office
- Customer service orientation and high level of professional integrity
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills
- Current driver's license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
