Role OverviewAs a Distribution Center Manager, you will lead daily operations, including workflow scheduling, productivity monitoring, and process troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, developing and executing strategies for recognition and engagement, and assessing performance of associates.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include directing daily operations, planning and organizing receiving, storage, and distribution of items, ensuring inventory accuracy and organization, and monitoring daily production and performance of the distribution center.

Requirements
- Associates degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or commensurate experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience, including distribution center, inventory and transportation
- 4+ years of experience leading a team
- Strong process improvement mindset focusing on continuous growth
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
- Experience with WMS, TMS and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with frontline employees, peers, and executives
