Role OverviewThe HR Business Partner provides full-time, on-site HR support for the Dallas Distribution Hub (DDH) in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
What You Will Do
The role involves serving as a visible and responsive on-site HR resource, advising managers and employees on employee relations matters, and independently managing routine HR matters.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience independently supporting employee relations, investigations, corrective action, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations
- Experience supporting hourly, frontline, warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational employee populations
