Job Description
The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and constantly improving day-to-day floor operations to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and production efficiencies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; College degree preferred
  • No less than 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience
  • Proficient in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar suite
  • Ability to train individuals in the loading and warehousing business
  • Dedicated to business and willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed to manage department
  • Leadership and supervisory experience and understanding of management principles
  • Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order picking, packing, and shipping processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of coaching and counseling of staff
