Role OverviewThe Distribution Center Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising activities of regular associates and temporary workers, assessing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires a 'can-do' attitude, with a focus on developing and maintaining an open, engaging labor relations environment. The supervisor will manage hourly teams, train and evaluate associates, and prioritize daily work orders to meet production goals.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include managing hourly teams, ensuring accuracy and quality of work, creating an effective team culture, enforcing policies and safety regulations, conducting disciplinary meetings, and performing administrative tasks. The supervisor will also provide updates to the DC Merchandise Manager on production planning information and assist with special projects as needed.
