Role OverviewThe Distribution District Manager leads the sites, ensuring EH&S activities/policies are adhered to and required training is completed. They provide leadership to the Frontline Field Supervisors, Production Specialist, Field Services, Meter Services, Business Office functions, and bargaining unit employees.
What You Will Do
Defines resourcing plans to meet maintenance targets and grid hardening initiatives in a district. Establishes guidelines for field safety program audits and incident investigations. Promotes continuous improvement events analyzing maintenance process flows.
