Job Description
Leidos is seeking a Distribution Engineering Supervisor in Oahu, HI who is passionate about electric utility design engineering. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers to develop design and construction work packages for electrical overhead and underground distribution systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of prior relevant experience is required
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial) from an ABET accredited institution
  • Experience with NESC Standards, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, and Bluebeam and/or Adobe
  • Proven successful experience in designing distribution systems for OH, UG, or URD environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to review other engineer designs and detailed eye for errors
  • Prior team leadership experience a plus
  • Willingness to perform both field and office work
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments
  • Ability to utilize personal vehicle
