What You Will Do
Maintain a staff of cross-trained and effective DC Operation Team Members, manage all distribution operational areas, lead quality control efforts, and develop staffing plans based on order volume and service requirements.

Requirements
- 10+ years' experience managing an Operations Department
- Experience with 20k+ SKUs preferred
- Distribution experience in prior role(s)
- Prior experience leading a team of 20 or more employees mandatory
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Superb leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate daily activities
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
