Role OverviewJoin Breakthru Beverage Group as an Operations Training Manager and help develop the teams that power our business. In this hands-on role, you'll review current procedures and update/create SOP's for our 1 million square foot distribution facility.
What You Will Do
You'll complete training for all new hires and continual training for Operations associates and supervisors, provide coaching and feedback, and engage in one-on-one reviews to maximize performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in related area
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
- Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
