Join our Electric Distribution Team in Houston, TX, to support electric distribution planning projects that help utilities strengthen grid performance, accommodate growth, and improve service reliability. This role offers a strong foundation for developing your technical expertise while working on impactful energy infrastructure initiatives.

What You Will Do

Travel regularly to client sites to assist in field surveys of electrical distribution networks using advanced tools and technology, coordinate new service requests and third-party activities to support grid modernization, and interpret as-built documents and analyze electric distribution data using client GIS systems.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or combination of high school diploma and relevant work experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • No experience required, but prior internships or applicable coursework in power distribution preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with ArcGIS preferred
  • Ability to learn new Work Management systems and technical tools such as AutoCAD and SAP quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
