Role OverviewThe Distribution Supervisor will provide day-to-day supervision for all operational activities related to picking and loading of orders, receipt and unloading of inbound orders, warehousing and storage of stock, housekeeping and sanitation, safety, security, and quality assurance for all work shifts in distribution. The supervisor will manage drop trailer yard for accuracy and controls, including welcome center check in/out processes, and ensure departmental compliance to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
What You Will Do
The Distribution Supervisor will provide supervision for the daily efforts in receiving, storing, and shipping of all finished products, provide operational support to the Sales Coordinator to reconcile customer complaints, and support the Distribution team efforts through the effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have effective verbal and written communication skills, a working knowledge of computer systems, including Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Word, and JDE. The candidate will also have hands-on working knowledge of distribution, warehousing, and transportation disciplines, efficient planning and organization skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Logistics, Logistics and Transportation or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Logistics, Logistics and Transportation
- Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred
