Job Description
The Distributor Partner Manager will drive execution across Red Bull North America's Distribution Network, ensuring full alignment and focus to drive execution. The DPM will bring value through year-round business planning, driving in-market execution, and implementing key account programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • Experience in a Direct Store Delivery distribution environment
  • Teaching, developing, and coaching skills to sell effectively in the Off Premise channel
  • Ability to influence decision makers and key stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to leverage data to drive insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $92,000 - $138,000
