Job Description
As a Distributor Sales Manager, you will spend time in the field with salon business consultant sales group to educate and influence through planned brand building days and sales meetings. You will increase sales within the BSG & Mountain Star Sales channel by maximizing growth potential opportunities in existing customers and by acquiring new customers through the implementation of joint business plans, new product introductions, and resource management.

Requirements

  • 5 Plus years' experience in consumer goods with specific sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
  • 5 Plus years' Salon Sales experience with proven results.
  • Field Sales Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and effectively communicate customer business plans to customers within the salon industry.
