Job Description
The Distributor Sales Manager will work with a team to promote the sale of Kao USA products, plan and coordinate sales meetings, and manage regional sales meetings. They will also need to align with functional partners, present products to grow brand sales, and create a new business pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5 Plus years' experience in consumer goods with specific sales and/or marketing experience preferred
  • 5 Plus years' Salon Sales experience with proven results
  • Field Sales Management
  • Ability to write and communicate customer business plans to customers within the salon industry
