Requirements

  • Field incoming calls and emails from customers, dental offices, schools, and distributors worldwide
  • Provide detailed information about our products, promotions, and services
  • Enter and manage purchase orders, drop ship requests, SPS, and returns in our point of sales system
  • Maintain accurate records and notes for future reference
  • Collaborate with internal sales reps to support customer needs and resolve any issues
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to give you all the tools you need to succeed
