Lead and inspire multiple locations, develop strong General Managers, drive performance across multiple metrics, ensure safety and compliance, and champion a customer-first culture.

Requirements
- 3 years of management experience in a retail store environment
- 5-7 years of multi-unit leadership experience (automotive, retail, or service industry)
- A proven track record of developing leaders and driving KPIs
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance or preventive services
- Confident decision-maker who leads from the front
- Organized, data-driven, and results-focused
- Ability to use computers, online tools, and complete required documentation
- Valid Driver's License with ability to travel between locations
