As a District Manager, you'll be accountable for all district store activities and operations, meeting company revenue goals, and conducting facility audits to ensure physical and operational standards are being met.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities and scheduling of staff, providing feedback, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members, leading by example, and traveling within the designated area to attend meetings and training sessions.

- Annual compensation to include a base pay of $90,000 with a potential of up to $120,000 with a metrics-based quarterly bonuses and performance based annual bonus
