Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Ability to travel daily, locally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Knowledge of human resource management and the ability to manage store personnel
