Role OverviewAs a District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall retail operations within an assigned territory or district. You will provide leadership and vision to ensure all aspects of the retail business are performed as expected and an incredible experience is created for all associates and customers alike.
What You Will Do
Manage a district of 8-15 store locations, achieve EBITDA and revenue targets, manage and execute labor initiatives, ensure merchandising initiatives are executed, track customer service responses, work with national Services teams, and resolve any conflicts within the district.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of equivalent work experience)
- Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance
- 6+ years of relevant work experience operating in a complex, fast-paced work environment
- 5+ years of experience leading teams within a retail store
- 4+ years of experience training and developing teams
- 3+ years of experience analyzing financial reports
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
