Job Description
Elevate your leadership, responsibility and results-driven mindset to new heights with ALDI. As a District Manager, you'll oversee the operations of up to six stores, collaborate with store management, and drive sales growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role
Negotiation skills
Conflict management skills
Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
Knowledge of human resource management and the ability to manage store personnel relating to recruitment, selection, training, development, motivation, retention, and separation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
Gives attention to detail and follow instructions
Establishes goals and works toward achievement
Develops rapport, trust, and open communication that enhances the growth and job performance of direct reports
Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group
Ability to facilitate group involvement when conducting meetings
Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external parties
Knowledge of the products and services of the company
Knowledge of the competitive pricing within the district and the ability to communicate and model the core values of the organization
Benefits
Starting Salary: $95,000
Signing Bonus: $5,000
Salary Increases: Year 2 $110,000 | Year 3 - $120,000 | Year 4 - $130,000
