Role OverviewThe District Manager/Assistant Vice President will oversee the effectiveness of the branch office system, provide guidance and supervision to Branch Managers, and develop and monitor department budgets. Requirements
- Minimum of six years of related experience in the Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry
- Three years of successful managerial experience
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline such as Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics; or military rank (e.g., E-4, W1, or O1 and above)
- Reliable transportation required with ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- Demonstrated managerial experience in setting work priorities for, developing, mentoring, and appraising employee's work performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers, and all levels of company personnel
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and financial services programs
- Must obtain applicable, required licenses to sell insurance products that are offered to customers by the branch
