Job Description
The District Manager supports North Carolina Operations in Wake Forest, Greensboro, & Sanford, leading district operations to create and maintain the Sharp Energy experience for customers and partners. Key responsibilities include supervising employees, managing financial performance, and ensuring safety and security within the district.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of relevant experience in operations management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook), P&L and financial acumen
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong leadership, supervisory and conflict resolution skills
